Steve—Steve brings to the business many years experience patiently bringing Jami’s ideas to life in the fixer uppers we have purchased. His patience and willingness to listen give our customers the service they desire. He has worked through the challenges of old houses for 18 years as Jami loves to find houses with “character.” His many years experience in the oilfield bring attention to safety and the ability to work long hours. He has a BA in Accounting from Northwest Nazarene College.

Jami— As a partner in rehabbing properties, Jami has spent many years working out the challenges of old houses and bringing them back to life. Her ability to “see potential” has brought many adventures to the family. Jami’s first job “off the farm” was working for her local school district painting. While Jami specializes in cleaning and painting, she can also be found working alongside Steve in most aspects of construction, maintenance and repair.

The Boys—Our homeschooling teen boys join us in the business as their busy schedules allow. Now bigger and stronger than Mom they are quickly becoming Dad’s “right hand men.”
